Andrew Novak

Andrew is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Technology Sydney's Human Performance Research Centre. He works across academia and industry, with current projects funded by the Office of Naval Research Global and Rugby Australia. Andrew's main areas of research involve investigating collective team behaviour and performance in sports, esports, and military settings. He has worked for several years within Rugby Australia's analytics team as a sports scientist and data scientist, helping stakeholders to collect, analyse and visualise various sources of information relating to athletic performance.
