Andrew Preston

I am a molecular microbiologist focused on infectious diseases, particularly of the respiratory tract, and microbial evolution and adaptation. My main research interest is the infection biology of whooping cough, or pertussis, but I teach across the broad topics of microbiology, immunology, microbial genomics and microbial evolution.
