Previously I used to work at various other positions in Poland’s central bank, as well as in the Ministry of Finance, academia, think-tanks, corporate and financial sector. I completed a research internship at the European Central Bank and was a consultant for the World Bank. I participated in the NBP’s programmes of technical assistance to central banks from other transition economies. I received my Ph. D. in 2005. It was followed by a postdoctoral degree in economics (“habilitation”) in 2015. I completed WEMBA, an Executive MBA program organized jointly by the University of Minnesota and WSE, and was a lecturer at CEMBA, a joint Executive MBA program of the University of Quebec at Montreal and WSE.
