Angus Morrison-Saunders

Professor of Environmental Management, Edith Cowan University

Angus is Professor of Environmental Management, School of Science, Edith Cowan University, Australia; Extraordinary Professor in Environmental Sciences and Management, Research Unit for Environmental Sciences and Management, North West University, South Africa; and Fellow of the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, UK.

His specialty interest is environmental impact assessment which he has been teaching and researching for 30 years. He is especially interested in understanding the effectiveness of impact assessment processes and the contribution of good practice to sustainable development.

Other research interests include mine closure planning, sustainable tourism and teaching in higher education. Angus has published several books and over 100 peer-reviewed research papers.
