Dr. Anita Jack-Davies is an academic and cross-cultural expert. She specializes in equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, with a specific focus on leadership development.
Dr. Jack-Davies is currently Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography and Urban Planning at Queen's University. She is founder of Mosaic Cross-Cultural Solutions, a firm that specializes in EDI training and development and is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory ​(idiinventory.com)​, an instrument designed to assess the cultural competence of employees.
