Anna Guengerich

My research takes place in the Andes Mountains of South America (Peru and Bolivia), where I work with a team of local, professional, and student collaborators to investigate how humans over time have interacted with their physical and built environments in challenging natural settings. Our work is also concerned with the connections between archaeology, visual media, storytelling, and tourism.
