Anne Griebel

I’m a forest ecologist with a passion to unravel the effects parasitic plants and of a warmer and drier climate and on tree health and ecosystem function. I am particularly interested in studying the trade-offs between carbon sequestration and water loss in Australia's eucalypt forests. For my predominantly experimental research projects, I utilize observations from micro-meteorological stations and from terrestrial and airborne remote sensing, and complement these with a suite of ground-based sensor networks.
