Anthony Alexander

Before joining Cardiff, Anthony had more than ten years consulting experience, including as Director of Research for the consultant engineers' practice Alan Baxter & Associates. His specialism is in the delivery of sustainability via both strategic policy and physical design projects. In the 1990s, he worked as an operations manager in the media and telecoms sectors, and from 2000 as a Creative Director for digital service R&D at Flextech-Telewest (now Virgin Media).

He is on a doctoral research fellowship from the Economic and Social Research Council, British Academy of Management and Society for the Advancement of Management Science.

Anthony has taught classes for the Cardiff MBA modules on Purchasing & Supply Management and Strategic Operations Management, the Welsh School of Architecture MSc in Sustainable Design and the Prince of Wales' School of Architecture MA in Sustainable Urbanism.
