Associate Professor, Monash University

Anthony Hall is director of ophthalmology at the Alfred Hospital and an associate professor in the Monash University department of surgery. He has served on the editorial board of Clinical and Experimental Ophthalmology, and as chairman of the Qualifications and Education Committee of the College of Ophthalmology.

In the past he was director of ophthalmology at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and served on the immunology clinic at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital. He has authored over 30 articles in peered reviewed journals.

His current research interests are in medical and surgical management of inflammatory eye disease. Dr. Hall has also undertaken aid work in the Pacific in Kirabati, Tonga, and Vanuatu.
