Dr Antonia Canosa is a social anthropologist with the Centre for Children and Young People at Southern Cross University with interests in childhood studies and tourism studies. Her doctoral thesis explored how children and young people negotiate space, identity and belonging when growing up in a popular tourist destination. Her research interests also include ethnographic, participatory and visual methodologies; the ethical dimensions of research with children; and youth cultures.
