Assistant lecturer in Tort Law, University College Cork

I graduated from the University of Limerick with a Bachelor of Laws in Law and European Studies in 2009 and from King's College London with a Master of Arts in Medical Ethics and Law in 2013. I am an Assistant Lecturer in the Law of Torts at University College Cork and a PhD student at the University of Limerick, where my thesis focuses on advance healthcare directives in pregnancy. I am also a Research Assistant at University College Cork on the JCOERE project, which investigates judicial co-operation in cross-border preventive restructuring and insolvency.
