Arddun Arwyn is a Lecturer in Modern History at the Department of History and Welsh History at Aberystwyth University and is a consultant in migration research. She holds a PhD in modern German history and her interests lie in narratives of forced migration, oral history, memory and twentieth century German and European history. Arddun is currently working on a monograph on the narratives of Germans displaced from Eastern Europe 1944-48 and works as a research consultant for the public and private sector on refugee experiences and forced migration.
