Assistant Research Professor, Baylor University

I am fascinated by our Solar System. One of the aims of my research is to understand why the planets, moons, asteroids and comets are the way they are. The main tool for my work are computer simulations, which allow my collaborators and me to replicate the conditions under which the Solar System formed over 4-and-a-half billion years ago. I hope that it will not take long for scientists to examine even more samples of other Solar System bodies than we have today, either returned to Earth by robotic probes or by sending astronauts directly!
