Beryl Exley

Professor Beryl Exley is a full time academic with the School of Education and Professional Studies at Griffith University in Queensland. She is an AITSL accreditation panel chair for Initial Teacher Education programs. She is currently completing an ARC Discovery Project DP190100518 awarded to Singh, Exley, Heimans & Ivinson on "Quality teaching work and reducing educational inequalities". In 2019, she was awarded life membership to the Australian Literacy Educators' Association (ALEA) for services to the profession. Beryl finished her term as Deputy Head of School at the beginning of 2023.
