Beth Radulski

Beth Radulski is the first openly Autistic Autism researcher at La Trobe University. Her current role as Project Manager: Neurodiversity draws on and contributes to her PhD research, by identifying and addressing barriers to inclusion for neurominority staff and students. Beth is undertaking a PhD in joint partnership with La Trobe University's Department of Social Inquiry, and the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre. Her interdisciplinary approach focuses primarily on conceptualizing Neurotypical Privilege, and identifying the social drivers of masking and camouflaging in Autistic people. The overall aim of her research is to facilitate social, educational, and employment accessibility for Autistic people, by identifying and addressing barriers to disclosure, unmasking, and inclusion in social, educational, and professional settings. Elizabeth has been involved with undergraduate teaching at La Trobe University since 2017.
