Bezawit Beyene Chichaibelu

Bezawit Beyene Chichaibelu has been working as a senior researcher at the Center for Development Research (ZEF), University of Bonn since 2019, where she conducts research on topics relating to food security, digitalisation and agricultural innovation in Africa. Prior to joining ZEF, she was a post-doctoral researcher at the International Fund for Agricultural Development in Rome, Italy, and a research associate and teaching assistant at the Institute of Development and Agricultural Economics of the Hannover University.

Bezawit holds a PhD in economics and a master's degree in international horticulture from Hannover University.
