Blanca García Henche holds a PhD in Economic and Business Sciences and is a Professor of Tourism Marketing Area at University of Alcalá. Primary fields of research are experimental tourism and cultural destination marketing. Her research has been published in several academic journals (C. de Turismo, Conservar Patrimonio or Frontiers in Psychology) and in books and chapters (ESIC-Pirámide, AGE, Marcial Pons, CISS Wolters Kluwer, etc.).
She is a regular lecturer at numerous international conferences (INVTUR, AEDEM or CITURDES)
She has provided consulting services on leadership and tourism marketing to public and private organizations such as Promotur, TurEspaña or Ayuntamiento Madrid) and A. de Cultura Gastronómica de Castilla La Mancha.
