Emeritus Professor, University of South Australia

Professor Bruce Johnson is an Emeritus Professor at the University of South Australia. He has been a Chief Investigator on six Australian Research Council funded projects. He is currently the Lead Researcher on the ARC project investigating 'How schools foster refugee student resilience'. His other research interests include sexuality education, schools' responses to challenging student behaviour, the development and application of socio-cultural resilience theory in school settings, and the use of participatory research methods with children and young people.
