Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Research Associate in the Rock Ethics Institute, Penn State

Dr. Grady is an interdisciplinary scholar passionate about water, food, and energy security and has a dual appointment in the College of Engineering Civil and Environmental Engineering Department and in the College of Liberal Arts Rock Ethics Institute. She has studied both engineering and policy across multiple geographic locations. Prior to joining Penn State, Dr. Grady served as an analyst at the Department of State, Department of Energy, and legislative assistant for Congress. Dr. Grady was involved with the U.S. State Department negotiating team for the Montreal Protocol Treaty and the Kigali Amendment.
