After completing a PhD on the physiology of athletes with quadriplegia, Cameron's research now has two focuses: (1) methods to improve physical activity levels in people with disabilities, and (2) new surgical methods to improve recovery after spinal cord injury. Cameron currently works with Athletics Canada's Paralympic team to provide support as a physiologist at the Tokyo Games and has previously worked with the Canadian Wheelchair Rugby team.
