Dr. Caroline McCulloch is a Cuba specialist with academic and professional experience in the field of foreign affairs. She recently earned her Ph.D. in International Relations at Florida International University (FIU) with a graduate certificate from FIU's Latin American and Caribbean Studies. Her dissertation explored Cuban-American influence on U.S. foreign policy toward Cuba. She interned with the Office of the Coordinator for Cuban Affairs at the State Department and has presented her research on Cuba at the International Studies Association, Harvard, and the Association for the Study of the Cuban Economy.
