Leverhulme Early Career Fellow in Philosophy, University of Cambridge

Cathy Mason is a Leverhulme Early Career Fellow in Philosophy at the University of Cambridge, and a postdoctoral research associate at Pembroke College. She is working on a project exploring Iris Murdoch's metaethics ('Moral Vision and the Good: Murdoch as a Guide to Metaethics'). She has also written about topics such as friendship, love, mourning, forgiveness, hope and humility.

Cathy has previously taught at the universities of Oxford and Birmingham. Her teaching has largely focused on Ethics, Political Philosophy and Aesthetics.
