After finishing a Masters in Psychology and Law and a PhD in Forensic Psychology I started working in the School of Psychology at the University of Sydney. My research focuses on fallibility of memory in adults and in children for one-off and repeated events. Specifically, how interviewing techniques used by police, lawyers and judges can affect memory accuracy. I further investigate vulnerability in the legal system and how this can be negotiated. Additionally, I am the founder and director of Not Guilty; the Sydney Exoneration project, which assess cases of possible wrongful convictions
