I have my academic background and professional training in Mechanical and Process Engineering in within which disciplines I have been working for almost the entirety of the past decade. One of my key research interests is computational modelling and simulation of food drying processes. I completed my PhD at QUT in 2017 for which I received an Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Award (Executive Dean’s Commendation Award). My research has so far produced 20 publications (and counting) in the international literature consisting of Q1 journal articles, book chapters and conference papers.
