Charles Sellen is a global philanthropy expert affiliated with Carleton University (Ottawa) and UQAM's PhiLab (Montreal).

He has previously served as the inaugural "Global Philanthropy Fellow" at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy (2019-2021), as well as a Fulbright laureate in the "NGO Leaders" program.
