Charlotte Kerner

Dr Charlotte Kerner is a lecturer in youth sport and physical education at Brunel University. Her research interests broadly focus on exploring the psychosocial correlates of children and adolescents physical activity behaviours and the role of physical education in encouraging lifelong physical activity. Specifically, she is interested in the relationships between learning environments, motivation, body image and physical activity behaviours. Her most recent work explores the social, motivational and pedagogical implications of wearable technology in young people.
