Chidi Nzeadibe

Chidi Nzeadibe is Professor of Environmental Management & Sustainability in the Department of Geography, and a Senior Research Fellow at the Resource and Environmental Policy Research Centre (REPRC), University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN). He is also the Coordinator of the Waste and Resource Management Research Group (WARMREG), UNN. Prof Nzeadibe is a Visiting Researcher at the DSI/NRF/CSIR Chair in Waste and Society, University of the Western Cape (UWC), South Africa. He has served as Acting Dean of the Faculty of the Social Sciences, and currently serves as the Head of the Department of Geography, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is the Focal Point for UNN -The Conversation Africa (TC-Africa), a position in which he facilitates the dissemination of information, publication training and publishing of articles of UNN researchers in TC-Africa. He has won twice the TC-Africa Annual West Africa Science Communication Award as Author with the most published articles in 2021 and 2022.
