Chloé Littzen

Chloé Littzen received her Ph.D. from the University of Arizona College of Nursing where her dissertation work focused on the work-related well-being of young adult nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, she is on a research team analyzing the impact of COVID-19 across healthcare providers. Her upcoming study will examine the moral dimensions of work-related well-being in young adult nurses. Chloé’s research interests include well-being, morality, nursing theory, nursing philosophy, integrative health, social justice, and mixed methods. She is one of the co-founders of the Nursology Theory Collective, which has the mission to advance the discipline of nursing/nursology through equitable and rigorous knowledge development using innovative nursing theory in all settings of practice, education, research, and policy. Chloé is also an active participant across several nursing organizations such as the Arizona Foundation for the Future of Nursing, the Western Institute of Nursing, and Nursology.net. Outside of her scholarly work, Chloé practices Ashtanga yoga, cooks south Indian food, and enjoys spending time in nature hiking or paddle boarding with her family and two dogs.
