Associate professor, Edith Cowan University

I am currently an associate professor in human and exercise physiology within the School of Exercise and Health Sciences at Edith Cowan University. In my current role I am unit coordinator of various human and exercise physiology units and primary research on numerous research projects. My research interests centre on human physiology and exercise performance, focusing on cycling, fatigue, thermoregulation, pacing strategies, training modalities and recovery. I am actively researching the effects of various training techniques on fatigue, physiological adaptations and performance in elite cycling. Throughout my career I have collaborated with and provided applied sport science services to local, state and national sporting organizations.
