I am a Consultant in Acute, Respiratory & Critical Care Medicine and a patient safety researcher.Innovation led by my group has led to reductions of cardiac arrests in hospital and of death from severe infection. I am currently on a three year program as an Improvement Science Fellow with the Health Foundation.
