Christopher Edward Gordon

Associate Research Fellow, University of Wollongong

I completed a Bachelor of Science (hons) at The University of Sydney in 2008. I completed a PhD at the Hawkesbury Institute for the Environment, University of Western Sydney, in 2015. My PhD thesis was titled: "Dingo (Canis dingo) extirpation and associated ecosystem restructuring as a mechanism influencing shrub encroachment in arid Australia". I am currently employed as an Associate Research Fellow at the Center for Environmental Risk Management of Bushfires, University of Wollongong. My current research focuses on vegetation community responses to different aspects of fire regimes, and how this influences fire hazard.
