Christopher Nicholas is a researcher at James Cook University, Townsville, Australia who is currently completing his PhD in economics. After completing his Masters degree, he has furthered his research agenda in labour and resource economics with his PhD work titled ‘An investigation into regional characteristics that give rise to long distance commuting and the associated social impacts’.
