Ciaran Driver (SOAS) researches investment, innovation and corporate governance. He co-authored with Paul Temple The Unbalanced Economy, Palgrave-Macmillan (2014). The book Corporate Governance in Contention (ed. with Grahame Thompson) was published by OUP in 2018. It addresses major modern controversies in corporate governance, clarifying the issues at stake and assessing the arguments for corporate reform.
