Ciarán McFadden Young lectures in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Stirling.
His research interests include workplace EDI; the workplace and career experiences of LGBTQ+ employees; hiring discrimination; human resource development; and neurodiversity in the workplace. He takes an interdisciplinary research approach, blending management, sociology, psychology and labour economics.
He currently sit on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Human Resource Development, and is a Fellow of the Global Labor Organization, and the Higher Education Academy.
