Claudia is a postgraduate researcher at the University of York, where she is currently undertaking her doctoral research.
She completed her Master of Research in Psycholinguistics at the University of Essex, where she examined the impact of language policies on the wellbeing of foster children whose first language is not English. Her thesis serves as the foundation for her current doctoral project, which seeks to examine the experiences of children who are growing up multilingual in England.
Her research focuses on multilingualism, minority language maintenance, and language policy.
