Connor is a medical doctor who is currently a graduate student in Politics at Oxford University, where he is a Rhodes Scholar. His immediate research focus is on both the normative and technical elements of global health governance and pubic policy priority setting. Connor holds additional degrees in Medical Science (Honours) and Liberal Arts (Philosophy). His honours thesis investigated the factors that influence the development of public policy in response to ensuring a financially sustainable health care system. He was formerly a business analyst at McKinsey & Company - serving both public and private sectors clients in Australia and New Zealand - and prior to that a senior analyst at the Australian Health Policy Collaboration.
