Professor Corinna Lain is Associate Dean of Faculty Development and writes in the areas of constitutional theory, Supreme Court decision-making, criminal procedure, and the death penalty.
Her scholarship has appeared in the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, Duke Law Journal, UCLA Law Review, Georgetown Law Journal, and Washington Law Review, among other venues.
Professor Lain is an elected member of the prestigious American Law Institute, and received the University of Richmond’s Distinguished Educator Award in 2006.
