Craig Martin is a Professor of Law and Co-Director of the International and Comparative Law Center at Washburn University School of Law. He specializes in international law (with a focus on the use of force, international humanitarian law, human rights, and climate change law), and comparative constitutional law (with a focus on war powers and individual rights in Anglo-American and Japanese Constitutional law). He is a non-resident Senior Fellow at the Rideau Institute in Ottawa, and he hosts JIB/JAB-The Laws of War Podcast. He is called to the Bar of Ontario. S.J.D (Univ of Pennsylvania); LL.M.
