Cristina Stewart

Health Behaviours Researcher, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, University of Oxford

I am a researcher working within the Health Behaviours work package of the Livestock, Environment and People (LEAP) project. My research focuses on the development and testing of behavioural interventions designed to help people make more environmentally sustainable food choices.

I'm currently leading a digital randomised controlled trial, and a pre-post observational study, to evaluate the effectiveness of a self-regulation intervention to reduce individual’s meat consumption.

I am also a Registered Public Health Nutritionist (RNutr) registered with the Association for Nutrition. Before starting my research role I worked at Marks & Spencer HQ as an Associate Nutritionist.

My research interests include public health, behaviour change and sustainable diets.
