Assistant Professor in Kinesiology, University of The Fraser Valley

I am an outdoor recreation and high-risk sport researcher at the University of the Fraser Valley. My PhD work investigated genetic and psychological traits associated with participation in high risk sports. My current research interests include benefits and experiences of outdoor recreation, effects of acute exercise on risk taking, and most recently evaluation of mind-body approaches in the treatment of chronic/persistent pain.
