Danaya Wright is the Clarence J. TeSelle Endowed Professor of Law at the University of Florida. She teaches and writes on issues such as: Property, Estates and Trusts, Future Interests, Legal History, Jurisprudence, Law and Literature, Feminist Theory, and Constitutional Law. She writes extensively on the history of family law, particularly the law of marriage and child custody in England and the United States.
