DPhil Researcher, Nuffield Department of Women's and Reproductive Health, University of Oxford

Prior to attending Oxford, I completed a BMSc at the University of Western Ontario, Canada, where I studied interdisciplinary medical sciences and physiology.

I have joined the Department of Women's and Reproductive Health under the supervision of Prof. Christian Becker, Prof. Katy Vincent, and Prof. Krina Zondervan and Dr. Rebecca Dragovic.

I am particularly interested in the epidemiology and pain mechanisms of widespread pain in women with chronic pelvic pain. Pelvic pain is highly prevalent in women, but often doesn't respond to treatment. By better understanding extra-pelvic pain, there is hope that management of CPP in women can be informed ye evidence that a whole-body and more holistic approach could better manage symptoms.

In addition to my DPhil studies, I am a science communicator with a particular interest in women's pain, reproductive health and femtech.
