Research Fellow, University of Michigan

Dr. David Flood is a global health researcher and physician in the U.S. at the University of Michigan and in Guatemala at Maya Health Alliance and the Institute of Nutrition of Central America and Panama (INCAP). Dr. Flood's research focuses on pediatric and adult chronic diseases care in resource-limited health systems through implementation science and methodologies to evaluate health system performance.

He received his M.D. degree from the University of Michigan, earned an MSc in international health policy at the London School of Economics, and completed residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota. He is currently a Clinical Instructor and Research Fellow at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA.
