Dayna Nadine Scott

York Research Chair in Environmental Law & Justice in the Green Economy, York University, Canada

Dayna Nadine Scott is an Associate Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Faculty of Environmental Studies at York University. She is a co-director of Osgoode's Environmental Justice & Sustainability Clinic and a co-coordinator of the MES/JD program. Professor Scott leads a SSHRC Insight Grant examining the modes of consent in settler law and Indigenous legal traditions in Ontario's far north.
