Debora is a Researcher for the Smart Citizens Cyber Resilience and the Data and Sustainable Development research at the United Nations University Institute in Macau (formerly Insitute on Computing and Society/UNU-CS). Previously, Debora was a research assistant at the Web Foundation’s Open Data Lab Jakarta working on research on open data, open government, data for development, and data and digital literacy. Her research interests are on the nexus of development, media, ICTs, inequality and social exclusion, and knowledge construction.
