Debra Lynne Shepherd

Debra Shepherd (PhD) is a senior lecturer and researcher in the Economics Department at Stellenbosch University interested in understanding how targeted interventions can assist stigmatized identities to work with, rather than against, diversity for positive social change. Debra is also a Stellenbosch Institute for Advanced Study (STIAS) Iso-Lomso 2018-2020 fellow and a Radcliffe Institute (Harvard) 2020/21 fellow.
