Epidemiologist, part-time lecturer, Open University of Mauritius

I am a Canadian university graduate with double specialty in epidemiology and virology and 30 years of international health experience from WHO, CDC, USAID/FHI and NIH, encompassing infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases and environmental health. I tackle new and emerging international health paradigms. Strong strategic thinker and networking promoter. I provide consultation in English and French and have good working knowledge of Spanish.

I offer comprehensive, state-of-the art epidemiological consultancy in major areas of public health, ranging from infectious diseases to communicable diseases, environmental health, global health and public health. I specialise in risk assessment, programme evaluation, public health implementation and writing reports of international standards. I use an integrated approach to address the holistic perspective of health.
