PhD student in Optometry and vision sciences, Glasgow Caledonian University

I am an optometrist, gaining my qualification in Lebanon in 2015. Having worked as a hospital optometrist, I gained experience in clinical optometry, specifically in paediatric optometry and binocular vision.

I completed my MSc degree from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2018 and am currently a final year PhD student in vision sciences. My research focuses on short and long-term changes in ocular measurements – such as choroidal thickness and axial length in hyperopia (farsightedness).
