Divine Kwaku Ahadzie

Divine. Kwaku. Ahadzie, is an Associate Professor and also Head of the Centre for Settlements Studies (CSS), College of Art and Built Environment, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. He has published over 60 manuscripts in highly rated international journals/conference proceedings. He is a regular reviewer for high profile Journals such as the International Journal of Project Management (IJPM), CITIES and the International Journal of Disaster Management published by Elsevier; Construction Management and Economics (CME) and Climate and Development published by Taylor and Francis; Journal of Engineering, Construction and Architectural Management (ECAM) by Emerald, He is also the Regional Editor for Africa for Journal of Building Pathology and Refurbishment published by Emerald, UK.

He has provided research consultant services to international organisations such as the World Bank and the World University Services of Canada (WUSC). In 2011, he facilitated for GHK Consult (UK) in a regional Workshop for Developing an Urban Flooding Risk Management Handbook for Developing Countries. In, 2015, he was local lead researcher in the New York State University/United Nations STERN Urbanization Project collecting survey data on Land and Housing in 200 global cities.
