PhD in Health Psychology and Behavioural Medicine and MSc in Public Health.

Interested broadly in maintenance of behaviour change in public health. Main research interests: motivation, habits, self-regulation, and coping with barriers. I’m interested in exploring how environment and social networks influence human behaviour and how availability of physical and psychological resources shapes how people change and maintain health behaviours.
